Mark’s wish was to be able to visit home.
Recently, Mark was able to leave his bed at St John of God Bunbury Hospital’s Granada Palliative Care Unit to visit his farm. In addition to spending time with family and friends, he was able to relax watching the dogs play in the river.
Thanks to volunteers Will and Susie for accompanying Mark on his wish.
