Alex’s wish was to be able to visit home and her favourite beach.
Recently, Alex was able to leave her bed at Fiona Stanley Hospital to spend time at home with her family and friends. Alex then visited one of her favourite places – City Beach – where her young son could play in the sand and they could both watch the sunset.
Thanks to volunteers De, Jo and Gary for accompanying Alex on her wish.
