Steven’s wish was to take one last drive around his neighbourhood to experience the fresh air, sunshine and local roads. Taking time away from his bed at Fiona Stanley Hospital also allowed him to enjoy a cup of green tea with his son, who lives in the UK, while looking out over the Swan River.
