Sabit’s wish was to visit home and spend time with his family.
Last week Sabit was able to leave his bed at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, to visit home and enjoy a meal, including his favourite homemade potato and leek soup, with his family.
Thanks to volunteers Kathryn and Gary for accompanying Sabit on his wish.
