Terry’s wish was to visit home and say goodbye to his beloved horses and dogs.
Recently Terry was able to leave his bed at St John of God Murdoch Hospital’s Hospice, to visit home and spend time with his animals.
Thanks to volunteers Kylie, Susie and Gary for accompanying Terry on his wish.
Within days of fulfilling his wish, Terry passed away. Our deepest sympathies and thoughts are with Terry’s family at this time.
