Jan’s wish was to be able to spend time with her family.
The Dome Cafe at Deep Water Point Reserve, Mount Pleasance, is Jan’s family’s go-to place for special occasions.
Last week Jan was able to leave her bed at St John of God Murdoch Hospital’s Hospice to visit Deep Water Point and spend time with her family, including her two daughters and her grandchildren.
Thanks to volunteers Mark, Pat and Sash for accompanying Jan on her wish.
