C’s final wish was to return home to be close to her family and spend her final days at the same hospice as her brother.
A progressing glioblastoma multiforme brain tumour meant it would not be long before she could not safely travel. Wish Clinicians Nienke, Susie & Gary safely transported her (via a very important sausage roll stop) into the arms of her daughter, who was waiting for her at the Bunbury hospice.
Fulfilling wishes, celebrating lives!
