Matt’s wish was to leave his bed at Murdoch Hospice and visit home, where he enjoyed time with family, ate his favourite dumplings and watched the children decorate the Christmas tree.
Thanks to volunteers Louise, Vanessa and Gary for accompanying Matt on his wish.
