Collin

Collin’s final wish was simple but deeply meaningful — to walk his daughter down the aisle on her wedding day at Kings Park.

With the support of Ambulance Wish Western Australia, Collin was able to leave his bed st Fiona Stanley Hospital and be there for one of life’s most important moments. He proudly walked his daughter down the aisle, then spent the afternoon enjoying the wedding celebrations in the park, surrounded by family and friends, sharing laughter, stories, and precious time together.

Adding to the magic of the day, his daughter arrived in Wish Ambulance Tinesh, creating a truly special and memorable entrance for the ceremony.

This beautiful wish was made possible thanks to our dedicated volunteer crew — Kim, Melissa, and Gary — whose compassion, professionalism and care ensured Collin and his family could focus on what mattered most: being together.

At Ambulance Wish Western Australia, we help terminally ill West Australians experience meaningful moments with family — whether that’s attending a milestone celebration, revisiting a special place, or spending cherished time with loved ones in a setting they love.

Every wish is provided at no cost to families and is made possible through the generosity of our community and the dedication of our trained volunteers.

If you’d like to help create more moments like Collin’s, please consider donating.
